Our Design Services
At Lottie Mae and Lula, we kick off our residential interior design journey with a free one-hour consultation, which can be conducted online or in person, to explore your ideas and preferences. After this initial meeting, we will begin the design process and present you with a detailed design. Your experience with us is entirely customizable, offering services like space planning, floor plans, renderings, mood boards and selections of furniture and finishes to bring your vision to life. Our pricing is structured on an hourly basis.
Rendering Services
Our innovative rendering services elevate our design projects, providing clients with a lifelike preview of their spaces before they are created in reality. We have invested in cutting-edge technology and software to guarantee that our renderings are highly accurate and detailed. The rendering process begins by building the space in 2D based on real measurements from a space. This creates a 2D floor plan view of the space with accurate dimensions of a real space. We can begin inserting furniture into the model at this stage.

Once built in 2D, the model is ready to transfer into 3D mode. This gives an idea of the layout of the space. It is in this mode that we add paint to the walls and customize the colors and textures of furniture and accessories. This is where the rendering process begins to come to life.

Once the model has been customized in 3D, the rendering process enters the final stage. It is here that we adjust the lighting, add a view to be seen out the windows, and add sun rays to pour into the space. After adjusting everything, the view is rendered to create a photo realistic view of your space.

After the space has been created, materials have been placed, and preferences have been set, a view is selected and rendered to give you a photorealistic view of your space. Once a space is created all aspects can be changed in real time and re rendered to see the new changes in the photorealistic view.

Design Services Options
Floor Plans
Whether it's one room or your entire home, we offer the option of custom floor plan design. We work alongside you and your builder or general contractor to make your desired changes, or we can start from scratch on an entirely new concept. We are not architects, but we do offer the option of having our plans signed by a licensed, reputable architect if required.
Mood Boards
Mood boards are an excellent visualization tool that allows you to see all of the elements of your space together. Our mood boards can be either digital or physical that part is up to you!
Space Planning
Sometimes all a space needs is the right placement of furniture to look like a million bucks. A new and improved layout can be sent to you or implemented by our team.
Material & Color Selection
The thought of choosing paint colors, flooring, and tile, among many other materials and finishes can often seem overwhelming. Our team is here to take that burden off your plate by helping you make an informed and less stressed decision.
Furniture Selection
